Paul is a co-founder of Haka LLC. He is an active real estate investor in the Dayton OH market. In this capacity Paul has proven himself adept at: researching local markets, adapting to changing market conditions, evaluating competing asset classes, managing marketing campaigns, negotiating contracts, managing rehab projects, and directing property management in order to optimize investment returns. Paul’s current holdings include: 143 apartment units situated in the greater Dayton metro area in OH.
Paul is currently a software engineering manager, leading development teams in Dayton OH, Peoria IL, Chennai India, and Christchurch New Zealand. In this capacity Paul directs 22 engineers and controls a multi-million dollar budget. Paul is responsible for analyzing business proposals in order to measure the alignment with, and effect on: the multi-generational business plan, the product portfolio, and the workforce skills allocation. Paul is also responsible for employee performance management, and day-to-day project management.
Paul is 40 years old, was born and raised in Christchurch New Zealand. He has resided in the USA since 2005. Paul is devoted to his wife Loreen and their three exceptional children Sophia, Micah, and Finn.
