Tom Di Nino

Tom is a co-founder of Haka LLC.  He became an active real estate investor in 1980 with the purchase of his first single family rental in Jacksonville, Arkansas while stationed at Little Rock AFB.  Since then he has owned additional properties in Arkansas and in Virginia and currently holds a portfolio of single family, a duplex, a 86 unit apartment complex, a 34 unit apartment building, and  a 23 unit apartment buildings in the Greater Dayton, Ohio area.

Tom’s experience includes 26 years of service in the US Air Force.  He retired in 2003 with the rank of colonel.  He served 5 years as a missile launch officer and 21 years as a acquisitions officer overseeing numerous aeronautical, armament and space weapons systems programs.  His duties included commanding the launch crew of an intercontinental ballistic missile, negotiating major aircraft contracts, managing the cost, schedule and risk associated with program progress some of which exceeded a half-billion dollars and supervising the scores of people associated with the various program offices.

Upon leaving military service in 2003, Tom started consulting for defense contractors. He provided marketing and business development services in the Dayton area.  In 2005, Tom founded Core IV Consulting, Inc., a defense marketing firm, where he continues today to service his defense clients.

Tom was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He holds a bachelors and a Master’s degree.  He met Connie, his wife in Jacksonville AR and raised three children who are now married.  Tom and Connie currently reside in Beavercreek OH.
